I had to return something I ordered from smokonow.com, and it did get handled in the end, just not as fast as I was expecting. Customer service got back to me after a couple days, and the refund showed up later that week, so I can’t really say it was bad. I just think the return instructions on the site could be clearer because I was kind of figuring it out as I went. Overall it was fine, but yeah, could’ve been smoother.

I found what I needed quickly. I was going to say it was perfect, but it’s just a really easy site to get around and that’s what mattered.

I ordered a few things from smokonow.com the other day, kind of while I was sitting at the kitchen table making a list of stuff I needed anyway, and everything in the box was exactly what I picked. The flavors, sizes, and quantities all matched what I had on the order page, which I always double-check because I’ve definitely clicked the wrong thing before.
I’ve had other sites mix up items in the past, and then you end up taking pictures, emailing support, waiting around, and it turns into a whole little project you didn’t ask for. So it was nice to just open the box, look through it, and not have to do anything extra.
Nothing super dramatic to report, really. The order was right, it was packed fine, and everything arrived how I expected. If they keep it like this, I’d be fine ordering from them again...

I had to reach out to smokonow.com because my order tracking wasn’t updating, and I wasn’t sure what was going on (which is always a little stressful). They did eventually reply, but it took about two days, and I ended up having to follow up again before getting a proper answer.
To be fair, they were polite and did get everything sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just wish the support was faster and a bit clearer from the start (would’ve saved me some guessing).

I thought it might take longer, maybe I was just expecting the usual shipping delays, but my order showed up in two days. Happy with how fast it got here.

My brother even checked it out and said it looked legit too. No weird taste or anything that felt off, and shipping was smooth. I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again.

The selection is okay and there’s a decent range to choose from, but it was kinda disappointing that a few of the brands I was looking for weren’t available.
